Soft operation of PP Nonwoven Fabric
Date:2018-11-26    Hits:557

PP nonwovens in the processing process, due to the influence of chemical adhesives, additives or low-temperature drying, will stimulate the rough hand, stiff problems, which limits the nonwovens in some scale operation. Many sanitary and protective nonwovens, such as sanitary napkin fabric and all kinds of clean wiping cloth, require PP nonwovens to have good flexibility, so it is necessary to carry out flexibility clearing for nonwovens sanitary materials, and the weaving often involves mechanical and chemical weaving.

Mechanical warping

The main way to achieve the goal is to reduce the rigidity of nonwovens by rubbing or shortening the nonwovens in the process. There are two kinds of mechanical processing system in this kind of roulette processing system, namely krapac method and Michaelis method.

1. Krapek method

Krapac process was first used in papermaking industry, and then transplanted to wet nonwovens. It imitated the pre shrinking process of sanfulai machine. As shown in the following figure, after processing, nonwovens can obtain excellent softness and improve handle. The result of this method depends on the thickness, elasticity, fiber characteristics, pressure, fabric structure and thermal and wet conditions of the rubber belt.

2. Macleks method

Mcrax process is very strong for PP non-woven fabric extrusion and dyeing. It is because of the obvious crepe in the nonwovens, the delay of nonwovens, and the increase of unit area component and approximate product. Compared with krapac process, this process can better improve the flexibility of nonwovens. The crepe number can be tested and evaluated by process optics, measuring the increase of unit area or measuring the elongation of nonwovens. Therefore, the liquidation result of this method largely depends on the size of crepe area and the input and output speed of PP non-woven fabric.
